During WWII, his intelligent brain cracked German codes, thus saving countless lives by causing the war to end sooner, rather than later. He worked on many early computer learning systems that helped to pave the way for the very systems we use to this day. His infamous, ‘Turing Test,’ was the first time we were ever introduced to artificial intelligence, as Alan ran this test to compare if a machine could really mirror human intelligence.
Alan Turing left a legacy behind of his extraordinary contributions to the very world we live in today.
