For this week’s spotlight on getting to know the Reflekta team better, let me introduce you to the head of Customer Experience at Reflekta, Pam Maguire. Pam started her position in 2025 and serves as the main contact for Reflekta customers to reach out to. Chances are, you have talked to Pam already if you have previously signed up with Reflekta. For those of you who are about to sign up with Reflekta, you are most likely going to be speaking with Pam.
Pam is amazing and brings her background of stellar customer service skills to Reflekta. She brings over seven years of customer service experience to the table and is always ensuring that customers' needs are met and their questions are carefully answered. Customers feel at ease when Pam is on the other end of the phone or computer screen, as she treats them as a person should genuinely be treated.
She earned her Bachelor’s of Fine Arts (BFA) in Design and Visual Communications from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design.
