Meet the Reflekta Team: Spotlight on Adam Drake

For this week’s spotlight on getting to know the Reflekta team better, let me introduce you to one of the founders at Reflekta, Adam Drake. As the Chief Visionary Officer since Reflekta’s inception in February 2025, Adam co-created the idea of Reflekta, as he knows the importance of trying to have one last conversation with a loved one. With the loss of his dearly beloved grandparents, Adam knew that there was more he wanted to ask them, more he wanted to learn from them, and more memories he wanted to make with them. This is what helped spark the idea for starting Reflekta. He didn’t want families to experience the agony he felt when his time was suddenly cut off with his grandparents. Adam is one of the many reasons why Reflekta is what it is today.

His impressive background holds multiple creative leadership positions at various companies. Adam earned a B.S. degree and studied English, communications, and architecture at the University of Miami. Through Adam’s hard work, dedication, research, and commitment to helping families, Reflekta is headed in a direction that all those involved can be proud of. I can’t wait to see what he rolls out as 2026 presses on.
