For this week’s spotlight on getting to know the Reflekta team better, let me introduce you to the Chief Technical Officer, Jono Matusky. Jono started his position at Reflekta in 2025 and has an important role on the team. He works behind the scenes on the research and development side, as he has a track record for overseeing and implementing Ai tools to ensure the technology is working smoothly for Reflekta users. His many years of experience help bring success to the technology side of things here at Reflekta. It’s exciting to know that he’s working on additional projects that will be rolling out soon and announced shortly.

Along with his impressive background with being involved in many leadership roles throughout his career, Jono earned his MBA from Carnegie Mellon University as well as his Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering degree at Carnegie Mellon University as well.
