Meet the Reflekta Team: Spotlight on Traci Gwozdz

For this week’s spotlight on getting to know the Reflekta team better, let me introduce you to who is in charge of human experience and legacy, certified grief educator Traci Gwozdz. Traci started her position at Reflekta in 2025 and has a very valuable role on the team. She works on the soul tech side, advising with her expertise to make sure that Reflekta is putting humans first, and artificial intelligence second. She specializes in community outreach and focuses on the importance of leaving legacies behind. Her background in putting the community first is what makes her vital to being the one to carry out this role at Reflekta.

Along with her impressive background of working in Human Resources and community outreach. Traci earned her Master’s of Science degree in Psychology from Northeastern University, her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology from Providence College, and she holds a David Kessler Grief Educator certification.
