Meet the Reflekta Team: Spotlight on Dawn Delaloye

For this week’s spotlight on getting to know the Reflekta team better, let me introduce you to who is in charge of human experience and legacy, Dawn Delaloye. Dawn started her
position at Reflekta in July of 2025, and she serves as the psychological and spiritual advisor to ensure Reflekta ethically keeps the needs of members first and foremost before technology. Her guidance and expertise allows Reflekta to prioritize individual spiritual and psychological needs before the artificial intelligence aspect. Dawn truly cares about others which makes her the spinning image of what Reflekta stands for.

Her impressive background proves how caring she is. Dawn has a background in grief and bereavement counseling, and she provides emotional and spiritual support for families navigating ALS. She specializes in working with the terminally ill and their caretakers and has a special place in her heart for end of life support. She holds a PhD in Psychology with an emphasis in Grief and Bereavement Counseling from Breyer State Theology University.
