We do not claim ownership over any likeness, voice model, or memory data. Our role is to steward that data responsibly, never to possess it. Everything created within Reflekta—text, audio, video, and AI-generated interactions—exists under a framework of user control, consent, and respect. None of the artifacts or Elder likenesses created on Reflekta are accessible to anyone except the family and those they choose to share them with. Additionally, families retain the right to manage, preserve, or remove an Elder’s digital presence at any time.
